PER RASMUSSON
HIMSELF ABOUT HIMSELF HIMSELF AND EAW
Per was born in 1959. He is married with 3 children and work as a designer. He grew up near one of the Swedish War Flight Schools in the l960’s and I saw the aircraft in the sky over their house every day. At the age of 6 he visited the base on one of their Air shows and had a chance to se them close. Per becomes fascinated about these beautiful birds: DH 115 MK 50 Vampires, SAAB 91, SAAB Tunnan, Hawker Hunter Mk4, SAAB Lansen and J35 Draken. In his teens he read every Biggles book he could find and build airfix kits and had them hanging from my bedroom ceiling. In the autumn of –99 Per bought his first computer. The first file he downloaded was the RB3D demo and the second was the EAW demo. He had carefully studied WW1 and WW2 flight sim reviews before and I thought it was these two sims he should go for. And he hasn’t regretted that decision! After having tried the demos he bought the games. He started with RB3D, since he prefers to only have one game up at the time, he didn’t play EAW seriously until the autumn of 2000. Per still prefers RB3D, which is the game in his heart. But he enjoys EAW very much and the user made add- ons makes it great. Per is not interested in modern jet sims, only in the WW1 and WW2 era. Per's EAW aka is 'vonOben', which is based on the German 'from above'.
Per is an active member of the EAW community as well as the Red Baron flight simulator forum. He has created many mods for EAW, particularly in the field of Terrains and tutorials. He is also a key member in the team who is currently creating a new EAW campaign called the 'Finnish Air War’. Per runs his own web site for both EAW and Red Baron, called 'vonOben's Flight Sim Mods.

PETER BOOTH
HIMSELF ABOUT HIMSELF HIMSELF AND EAW
Peter was born in 1949 in Bradford, West Yorkshire, UK. He went to Liverpool University in 1968 (just after the Beatles) but did some heavy drinking with 'Scaffold' which included Paul McCartney's brother Mike McGear. Having graduated in Mechanical Engineering, he went on to work in a bank for 18 years!!. He ended up as a Manager, but was then was made redundant at the age of 40. Peter now works for the local Council. He is married with an 18 year old son and a 21 year old daughter, and living in Pontypridd in South Wales. Peter's hobbies include cooking Chinese food, Aircraft, Steam Locomotives and Tanks. He started building plastic aircraft kits when Airfix brought out their first Spitfire in the early 50's and had probably built over 300 before running out of space a few years ago. For his 50th birthday his wife gave him a flying lesson, something he wants to pursue. Until then he continues to take pleasure from EAW and similar computer games. Peter's EAW aka is 'PeterMBooth', one he chose as easy to remember, due to too many 'grey cells' being damaged by alchohol!!!.
Peter enjoys EAW and similar PC sims and play's an active part in the EAW forums. He would also be happy to be a tester for EAW.

RAY 'ROTTON50' OTTON
HIMSELF ABOUT HIMSELF HIMSELF AND EAW
After a 25 year climb up the corporate ladder, Ray threw in the towel in 1998 and moved to a very remote spot on the Eastern Shore of Virginia, USA, where he and his wife, Janet turned their waterfront vacation home into a full time residence.
He found employment as the manager for a small "green" industrial park in the nearby town. A big change for the poster boy for the "type A" personality, but it probably saved his life.
Unfortunately, Janet, a special ed. teacher, was stricken with Multiple Sclerosis in 2001 and became unable to work. By 2003 she was bedridden so Ray retired to become a full time caregiver.
Modding EAW has given him an outlet for both creative energies and socialization. "I'm not sure where I'd be without the mental stimulation and camaraderie. I've made friends literally around the globe."
Ray's EAW aka is 'Rotton50', named after 'that time of life'.
Ray has been an avid follower of EAW for some time and started to dabble with modifications to various aircraft. Since then he has become one of our top modders, creating many varied and unusual aircraft.
Ray is a member of SEAWC and his work can be downloaded from his pages at the EAW Tally-Ho site.

Bob was born in Brisbane, Australia in 1954 and was married to Lea in 1983. Bob and Lea have four sons, Michael, David, Marc and Scott. He is the proud owner of a vast collection of 25mm Napoleonic and 20mm WWII figures and the huge library that goes wih the hobby. Bob came upon EAW in 1998 and has played it ever since. He has just about every modded variant on his two PC's. His favourites being the Pacific and SWOTL sims. However, flying in the Pacific IS a passion that he can't pass up.
When not working or gaming, Bob can be found following his sons in their various sports (cricket and Rugby League being the passion in the household). Bob's two youngest sons, Marc 8 and Scott 6, are also devoted pilots in EAW and are prepared to fly in any theatre at any time. They sometimes put Bob to shame with their expert shooting and love shooting down his favourite Japanese aircraft.
Bob's EAW aka is 'Red 13', named after the Focke-Wulf 190 and Messerschmitt 262 flown by the celebrated German ace Heinz Bar. Bob flies both aircraft in when in the European theatre.
Bob is passionate about the EAW community and is active on the forum. He can be found asking all sorts of questions about this wonderful sim and its many improvements.

ROB WEATHERSPOON
HIMSELF ABOUT HIMSELF HIMSELF AND EAW
Rob was born on October the 14th, 1962. He works as a resin injection molder and has operated everything from the smallest, to the third largest molds in the world! Rob's interest in WWII flight goes back to when he was child. The first movie he ever saw, and the one that 'hooked' him, was 'Wings of Fire'. His primary interest and real love of hobbies, is radio control aircraft. Rob has been building and flying R/C aircraft for about 12 years. He's also been building and launching model rockets since he was 10 years old. Currently he has 60 of them from the very smallest, to the very large (low and high altitude). However, scale NASA rockets are his favorite. Rob also has an interest in astronomy and computers and considers that EAW is the only flight sim that ever measured up! He was considering putting it to one side about a year ago, when i stumbled across a little site called 'The Hanger'. After that he's been a true EAW enthusiast. Rob's EAW aka is 'GunsUp.
Rob is an active member of the EAW community and the EAW forums. He has his EAW work at the Tally-Ho Site site. Rob primary work involves creating aircraft skins but he has also made gunsights.
