POLIKARPOV AIRCRAFT

POLIKARPOV I-153 CHAIKA

This skin depicts a Chinese Polikarpov I-153 'Chaika' of either the 3rd, 4th, or 5th Chinese fighter group in 1941. This aircraft has a new 3DZ model and skin by Captain Kurt, based on his original I-15 and I-152 3DZ models, which were in turn based on work by Woolfman. The rendering sequence used was developed by Moggy (HURR Slot)

POLIKARPOV I-152 SUPER CHATO

This skin depicts a Polikarpov I-152 'Super Chato' in China 1938, flown by Russian 'volunteers'. This force was sent by Stalin to support Chang Kai Shek against the Japanese. This aircraft has a new 3DZ model and skin by Captain Kurt, based on the original 3DZ bi-plane work of Woolfman. Assistance with the rendering sequence was provided by Moggy (HURR Slot)

CURTISS P-40C TOMAHAWK

This skin depicts a Curtiss P40C (Tomahawk) of the American Volunteer Group (AVG) flown from Toungoo in Burma, December 1941. The pilot of the aircraft was Robert T. Smith - 8 victories.
