Me 109 E-3 (W.Nr.?) Code: "Yellow 10" 
Flown by Oberleutnant Heinz 'Pietsch' Bretntz, StaffelKapitan of II./JG 53, 6.Staffel, Mannheim-Sandhofen airbase, Germany, 31 March of 1940.

Heinz Bretntz born at Mannheim, Germany on 24, January of 1914. In March of 1937 he become a pilot with the JG 334 and flew Arado 68.
In June of 1937 Bretntz was posted to the new 6.staffel of JG 334. Now flying Me 109 B. In September of 1938 he was volunteer to "Condor Legion" and was posted to 2./ JG 88.
As Leutnant Bretntz, achieved his first confirmed victory; a I-15 over Spain. (the 266 victory for Condor Legion). During this time Bretntz add in his Plane a name 'Peter'. and all his future machines will be using this name.  
At 28, December of 1938 he shot down a Bomber SB-2 (the 278 victory for Condor Legion). Returning to Germany, Bretntz are present on 6, June of 1939 at the parade in hounour of the Condor Legion veterans using his new,
'SpanienKreuz in Gold mit Schwerten'. On 18, August of 1939 he become the Staffelkapitan of 6./JG 53(Former JG 133/334).
On 24, September of 1939 Bretntz, now Oberleutnant, at the lead of 6./JG 53 clash with a french formation (Groupe de Chasse CG I/4) of Curtiss H-75, scouting Potez 637. 
The Curtiss flown by Capitaine Claude become the first WWII victory of Bretntz. He end the French Campaign with 8 victories (including a Britsh Wellington).
During the Battle of Britain, at 8, August of 1940 at 17.15, he shot down his first Spitfire(N. R6811) flown by Sgt.D.N Robertson of 152 Squadron. 
On 9, October of 1940 Heinz Bretntz become the Kommandeur of II./JG 53.   
He was the successor of Gunther Freiherr von Maltzahn. On 15, June of 1941 the II./JG 53 was posted at Neusiedel, preparing to 'Operation Barbarossa' (The attack at Russia).
On 27.6.41 at 5H38. the alarm ringing at Neusiedel. Bretntz now Hauptmann take off with his Me 109 F, together with the Stab of II./JG 53 and 15 others planes.
At 5H59. the II./JG 53 clash with a formation of SB-2 Bombers and Bretntz achieve his 33 WWII victory. During the combat chaos, the pilots of II./JG 53 listen by radio the voice of his Kommandeur:
My engine was hit... I'm injuried. no more sound of Bretntz's radio was listened.
He was seen making a crash landing on russian territory between Erzvilkas and Nemaksciai. After this several pilots of his squadron voluntared to rescue the leader of II./JG 53.
but always with negative response of Luftwaffe HQ. The war is the top priority at this moment.
On the other side of the combat front, Bretntz managede help of Lithuanien farmers pro-germans. He was severe injuried in one of his legs. Due the impossibility to get the adequate treatment,
his leg developed a gangrene. When the germans trops reached this part of russian territory, Bretntz was posted in a hospital, but was too late. 
Heinz 'Pietsch' Bretntz, followed a leg amputation, died on 27 june of 1941. He flew over 244 combat missions and achieved 35 victories.
