Comments:

Helmut Wick Joined the Luftwaffe in 1935. Assigned to II/JG 134. 
On January of 1939 he was transferred to I/JG 53.
He was reassigned again to I/JG 2, on September 1939 in air defense of Berlin during the Polish Campaign.
During The air Battle over France, Wick achieved his first two kills on May 22, 1940.
But was during Battle of Britain that Wick became a legend in the Jagdwaffe. Leading his 3rd Staffel and since September 7th the whole Gruppe from their bases in Normandy he achieved a great number of kills on British planes rivaling with the also famous Galland (JG 26) and Molders (JG 51).
Helmut Wick became the fourth Kommodore of JG 2 on 20/10/1940.
On November 28th of 1940 with 55 victories he was the leading ace of the Luftwaffe and of the WWII, passing both Galland and Molders.  
Later on the same day he was shot down by the RAF ace Flt. Lt. John Dundas of 609 Squadron on south of the Isle of Wight after achived his 56 victory. 
He managed to to bail out, opening his parachute and landing alive on the cold waters of the Channel, but he was never found by the rescue team.

Deflection cockpits for the Bf 109 E-3

These files provide a better view for "high deflection" shots and fix the bug in the head armour visible with Knegel's enhanced cockpit rear view.

To install, just copy and paste all the files in this ZIP into your Battle of Britain folder or OAW set up, overwriting those already there.

Also included are files for those that use Glide graphics mode that fix the bugs with the wing undersides.
