Avia S.119

This is a re-done 3D shape for EAW, the Avia S.199 "Mule". The S.199 was the Bf109G, re-built post-War by the Czech Avia company. It was the first fighter of the Israeli Air Force, being delivered in 1948. The Avia flies in the Typhoon slot, using ECA Control Panel v3.7 or later.

The 3D shape and skin are from Karl's EAW Site (http://lide.uhk.cz/home/pdf/student/psstruk1/www/). The Avia is, of course, the EAW Bf109 shape, with a number of modifications, especially the propellor and aerials. I simply converted this shape for the Typhoon slot, to match ECA Control Panel, and added the underwing gun pods as permanent fixtures, using Moggy's new "paste-on" method of adding new objects to aircraft shapes.

At Karl's Site you can also find a number of other good late '40s skins, for the RAF, Israeli Air Force, and Egyptian Air Force; for other EAW aircraft.

I have also included JWC's "Wide Rear View" modification for the Typhoon slot with this mod, to better simulate the slimmer Bf109/Avia fuselage.

To use, simply unzip the *.3DZ and *.TPC files in this zip file into your EAW directory (the one with EAW.EXE in it). To uninstal, just delete all the *.3DZ and *.TPC files from your EAW directory.
