Me 262A-1a (Wk-Nr 110559) 'Red 13' of Maj Heinz Br, Kommandeur III./EJG 2, Lechfeld, March 1945.

New Version (14.4.01)
Skin, Cockpit and 3dz Mods by Serb
Revi 16B Gunsight by PapaRomeo

One of the last of a long line of 'lucky thirteens' flown by Heinz Br during a distinguished and incident-packed wartime career, this aircraft wears an upper surface camouflage combination of dark green/brown and medium green. Beginning with a French Curtiss Hawk H-75A shot down on 25 September 1939, Br had amassed 204 piston-engined aerial victories before transitioning to the Me 262, on which he scored a further 16 to become the leading daylight jet ace, and second only to the nightfighting Kurt Welter in the overall rankings. **Important**
In order to code for the complete fuselage band and nose, non-mirrored image, and various antennas, two additional files are required to load. These are namely P262af.3dz and P262ag.3dz, and are included with this package.

**Instructions**
Unzip the files, then drag and drop all *.tpc and *.3dz files into your European Air War directory. To return to the default skin, move the same *.tpc and *.3dz files out of the EAW dirctory.

**The Cockpit**
The new cockpit files (P262av.tpc, P262ax.tpc and P262ax.3dz) were created by Serb, and are optional, although highly recommended. To use PapaRomeo's excellent gunsight, simply drop the gunsight file into your main EAW directory, or load with the other files using STAB.

If using ECA Control Panel (Version 3.4), Charles Gunst's flight model switching utility, please set the flight model to the A1-a variant.

If using STAB, Matt Thompson-Moltzen's skin and terrain switching utility, please select P262atex.tpc when loading for the first time.
