TarBaseSnagr by RAF_Roy 5-16-2007

The program snags (steals... lol!) a tardata base record and makes a block out of it.

---- Use:

Place Targets.dat and a Tardata.dat in this folder.

Then it prompts you for the base to snag.

The base is the target record that appears in targets.dat

in the form:

0 to 301 (or more)

That is to say the first base record would be 0 (zero)
the last usually 301
but can be any size

(that is same system as my new TSetAdd2 program uses)

--- That's it!

You block will have a special name in the form:

block"base record""timestamp"

a report is made by similar named .txt in same folder

no changes are made to your targets.dat or tardata.dat

--- notes:
You must have targets.dat and tardata present. The program assumes the pointer in targets.dat is coded correctly.
The program gets the address from the record in targets.dat to find the tardata.dat base record address.
