BaseGridTool readme Version 1 by RAF_Roy 5-16-2007

BaseGridTool codes an EAW.tm to place my BaseGrid tiles at a base so you can see them in EAW world.

---- Use: Run the program and when it asks enter the X, Y (Column and Line of the EAW World) as decimal number.

example X;
224

example Y:
160

That's it, the new EAW.tm now in the "done" folder.

Place in EAW with my BaseGrid .ter tiles and go into EAW to see it.

--------

Then if you using my system of tardata editing you can see object placements in TarSetDataMaker exact within EAW World.

if you find something is off center then your Base is not centered or you maybe enetered wrong x, y

If you want to see where the a base X, Y is be use my baseViewTM or TColineTM or if default EAW coded compare to EAWK3wdb.html, or ask your makers...!

-------------------------

included files, facts fyi:

tilez:
a 16 byte file containing the needed ter code for EAW.tm to use my tiles

sea.tm:
a 204,800 byte file filed with 02 , this means water will be everywhere in the world

EAW.tm:
just a 204,800 byte file filed with same; 02 code

----------------------

error notes:
You can't use column and line too close to edge, i.e X 1 , Y 1 etc.because the formula used there is nowhere to place the terrain in the .tm grid around the base X, Y
you should be o.k. with about 4 from edge or so..
