Mig-3 of the 7th IAP, VVS.

The Mig-3 was designed as an interceptor, and was one of the few aircraft in the VVS arsenal capable of catching high-flying German recon aircraft. Capable of very high speeds for it's time, the Mig-3 worked best at altitudes of over 5000 feet, though the low altitude of most Eastern Front combat did not work to it's advantage. This particular skin represents an aircraft of the 7th IAP, sometime during the Summer of 1942.

This skin utilises 3dz files for the Hawker Hurricane Mk.I slot by Tailspin and Captain Kurt. Wingview files, though not accurate gauges, are included
