By Jamie Richards (aka "Fritigern")

A Nakajima J1N1-S Gekko "Irving" based on the Me410a skin. This is a generic scheme that incorporates features from various other Japanese WWII aircraft. The seagull motif on the tail, for example, is from a Ki-43 Oscar of the 2nd Chutai, 77th Sentai, and is probably a stylized representation of the Arabic number 77. The Me410's shape is similar to Irving's, but not perfect. The Irving's engines, for one, were radials, not in-lines like the Me410's. Still, it's the closest match of all the 3D wireframes available

For use with Charles Gunst's ECA (Enemy Coast Ahead) Control Panel.
