This represents the Corsair II, white T8H/JT410 of Canadian, Sub Lt. Donald J. Sheppard, RCNVR, No. 1836 Sqn., HMS Victorious, during January 1945.  Sub Lt. Sheppard, was the sole all-Corsair Ace of the Fleet Air Arm (FAA) of the Royal Navy during the Pacific conflict.  By early 1944, eight units had been formed for carrier operations with both the Home and Far East Fleets. This number would eventually reach 18 units by VJ Day. There were eventually 510 Corsair Mk II delivered to the Royal Navy. Many of these aircraft operated off their respective carriers, in the Indian Ocean, attacking Japanese bases on Sumatra, and some of the neighboring islands.

This skin is to be used in conjunction with Charles Gunst's Enemy Coast Ahead Version 3.1. Use the ecapanel.exe program to configure the P51D to the F4U. Be sure to download the 3dz and TPC files to the EAW directory. This will ensure that the proper 3D Model is utilized.
